The work is inspected, on site or at the workshop, and a quote provided.

This can range form a simple verbal quote for gluing joints on a chair to a detailed document with annotated photographs setting out the proposed work, methods, materials and costs. Alternative approaches and costs may also be detailed.

We document all work done and keep photographic records.
